Kickr Core vibratie

Hallo,
Ik heb sinds kort een Kickr Core en heb last van vibraties als ik in Zwift boven de 35kmph fiets, dat is tijdens wedstrijden bijna de hele tijd, dus best irritant.
Ik heb het idee dat er onbalans in het vliegwiel zit en dat zorgt voor een gebrom op de vloer en getril in het stuur (alsof je over klinkers rijdt).
Nu heb ik Wahoo gecontact en heb ik onderstaande reactie gekregen.

It’s normal to experience some vibration while using any trainer. If you have a carbon fiber frame those have tendency to resonate a bit more than aluminium, steel, or titanium frames. Flooring type and conditions can also affect your ride feel. Using a mat or riding the trainer on carpet and ensuring a level surface can significantly improve your riding experience.
Also, you’ll want to check your bike for any issues, small vibrations that you don’t notice outdoors can proliferate when riding inside.
I would recommend making sure that you have installed the cassette correctly (Installing a cassette), you have tuned your rear derailleur specifically for the KICKR Core (How Do I Tune My Bike Derailleur For Use on the KICKR?) and you have attached your bike correctly (Attaching the Bike).
In conclusion, I would recommend using a different bike to see if you experience the same vibration.
From the video you sent, the Kickr Core sounds good and you would experience the same vibration with a new Kickr Core too.
