We pay premium rates with our carrier partners to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for our customers, and over 95% of our shipments go through without any issues.
In rare cases, a pickup can fail due to either an issue on the carrier side, or sellers not being available on the scheduled data/having provided the wrong address.
If this happens, our support team jumps on the case and does everything they can to resolve the issue and get the bike on the way to you.
However, 4 failed pickups is an edge case, and we are happy to see that our logistics team is already in contact with the carrier to investigate what happened here.
