Welke voorderailleur 2 x 10 speed

Voor mijn Stevens fitnessbike ben ik op zoek naar een nieuwe voorderailleur.
De originele derailleur is een type uit de flatbargroep (Shimano R770) en is niet meer leverbaar.

2x10 speed
Klemband 34.9
Capaciteit: 16 t

Vragen:

Als ik het goed begrepen heb is een SRAM voorderailleur compatible met Shimano shifters ?

Over de Shimano 105 FD-5700 las ik:
“For use with 105 ST-5700 or Ultegra ST-6700 only for optimum shifting performance”

De shifters van de Stevens zijn van het type Shimano SL-R770.10
Is deze 105 derailleur dan überhaupt niet geschikt of zal het niet optimaal werken ?

For anyone interested in the outcome of this project, I had a Trek Pilot converted to a flat bar setup. The Shimano SL-R770 flat bar shifters were installed, but the Shimano FD-5603 (105 triple) front derailleur was left on the bike.

The combination worked okay, but shifting between the rings was what I would term "clunky", and the trim feature of the SL-R770 was pretty much useless in the outer two rings. I am ordering the FD-R773 as recommmended by Shimano.

Shimano flat bar shifters use the cable pull that their MTB FD's use, so a road FD, while it will work, won't work well. An LX FD is pretty cheap and works best with flatbar shifters.
