Fulcrum replied they made a mistake and sent OEM front wheel. I have to send it to the shop to have it changed.

Mmh the thing is that I don't think such an adapter exists (from Fulcrum).
12mm to qr is only for the rear (which is 10mm dropout, won't fit in your fork which has a 9mm holes).
